It is the spirit of the burger and the take away with all the refinement of French pastry that you can come and taste at 29 rue Richer in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. The gluten-free patisserie is located just in front of the Théatre des folies bergères in a lively district of the French capital.

We offer gluten-free macaroons every day in our pastry shop with two sizes, a normal size and an XL size that we call the African size. We make our macaroons in the purest tradition of French pastry.
Vision
Our vision is to develop our offer on pastry products such as "the XL macaroon", "the financier" without gluten and without additives. We create traditional classic Parisian French pastries every day! Come and taste them in a gluten-free XL version for the chocolate macaroon.
